By accessing and using Pusat Jurnal Ilmiah Darul Fattah (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides an online open-access journal publishing system that allows:

  • Authors to submit scholarly articles for peer review and publication
  • Reviewers to evaluate submitted manuscripts

  • Readers to access and read published articles

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting content to the Platform, authors grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and display the work in accordance with our open-access policy.

6. Content Submissions

By submitting content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • The content is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party content
  • The content has not been previously published elsewhere (unless clearly stated)
  • The content does not contain defamatory, libelous, or unlawful material
  • All authors have consented to the submission and agree to these terms

7. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer review process. By participating in the peer review process, reviewers agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of the manuscript and review process
  • Provide objective and constructive feedback
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
  • Complete reviews in a timely manner

The editorial decision is final and may not always align with reviewer recommendations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
