Textbooks are teaching materials that are the main element in the ongoing learning. This research and development is based on the gap in the delivery of material in Arabic learning. The purpose of this research is to develop audio-visual-based textbook teaching materials for class X SMK students that are packaged in an attractive, practical and effective way. The development model in this study refers to the Borg and Gall development model. The test subjects of this research product were students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kalirejo. The results of this study explain that design and media expert validators give a percentage of the design of textbook teaching materials on the display aspect with a score of 98.43% (very feasible); aspects of use obtained a score of 97.91% (very feasible); and the aspect of Utilization obtained a score of 91.66% (very feasible), while from the material and language expert validators for the Introduction aspect, a score of 100% (very feasible); the content aspect obtained a score of 97.5% (very feasible); Learning aspects obtained a score of 95.83% (very feasible); and the Task/Exercise aspect obtained a score of 92.5 (very feasible); and the results of the posttest of students obtained the average overall score of the three aspects of 94.17% (very feasible). Kindergarten is an educational institution that is held before the basic education level. The purpose of this study is to describe the values ​​of tolerance applied in kindergartens in North Sumatra. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection of this research are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that in kindergarten there are no subjects about tolerance. The form of tolerance in kindergarten is in the form of speech/expression, and examples practiced by the teacher. All forms of tolerance contain the values ​​of tolerance, namely respecting the cultural differences of each tribe, considering all people as equal, respecting the cultural differences of each ethnic group, acknowledging other beliefs and religions, respecting everyone's opinions, and assuming all people are equal, ethics and manners, working together and help each other, respect and recognize other religious beliefs Keywords: Kindergarten, Tolerance Value

This article will discuss the problems faced in implementing the implementation of integrated quality management in SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro City in improving the quality of graduates. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective quality management system starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of graduates at the IT Wahdatul Ummah Middle School in Metro City. This qualitative research was conducted through interviews with a sample of participants. The goal is to gain a better understanding of their experiences with mental illness. This research includes data on principals, vice principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Both methods provide valuable information that can be used to improve the quality of life of residents in a particular area. Another way to check the validity of data is to use source triangulation. This can be done by looking at different sources of information to see if they support each other. If data is found to be invalid, it may need to be revised or completely rewritten. Data analysis in this study includes triangulation and reference materials. Triangulation is a data analysis method that uses various sources of information to form a more accurate picture. Reference materials are documents or sources of information that can be used to help corroborate or support data analysis. this study found that the implementation of integrated quality management can improve the achievement of school goals starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are all important aspects of this process. Setting the school's vision, mission and goals is an important part of improving student achievement and the quality of graduates. Programs and activities must be oriented and focused on improving student achievement and meeting customer needs and satisfaction. Continuous improvement in all areas of the school's services is essential to ensure that the school remains focused on its goals.

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match Untuk Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas VII A MTs Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami

The teacher is central to the learning process because he must have a special strategy, so that students can understand and understand the subject matter presented. Based on the observations made, the lack of mastery of student vocabulary, as well as students from public elementary school backgrounds, makes students less active in the learning process which has an impact on mastering their Arabic vocabulary. This class action research aims to: 1) To determine the process of implementing teaching and learning activities using a Make a Match type cooperative learning model for class VII A MTs Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Bandar Lampung students, 2) To improve the ability to master Arabic for students of class VII A MTs Jabal An-Nur Al-Islami Bandar Lampung. This study was conducted in three cycles, the first cycle with two meetings and one meeting for the test, with the results of the average value in cycle I of 75.52. In the second cycle with two meetings and one test, with an average score of 85.21, it was more increased than the average value of the first cycle test of 75.52. In the third cycle with two meetings and one test, with an average score of 90.78, it was more increased than the average value of the cycle II test of 85.21. Based on the existing problems and the objectives of the researchers above that students' ability to master Arabic vocabulary increases in each cycle, this can be seen from the results of the average score of the test or evaluation in each cycle so that the cooperative learning model can be an alternative in student Arabic learning.

Majrurat al-asma is part of the material contained in Arabic grammar. It is still rarely discussed and indicated by the fact that many Arabic students only know that majrur only caused by the inclusion of the letter jar and the sign of majrur is only kasroh, even though there other reasons for majrur are being idhofah and caused to being tawabi'. There are other signs of majrur not only kasrah but also ya and fathah as a substitute for kasroh. The research on majrurat al-asma has been widely used as a tool in researching Arabic, both in studying ancient manuscripts and Surahs of the Qur'an. While the researchers themselves want to study more about majrurat al-asma, one of Surah in the Qur'an is Surah Yasin. Surah Yasin is the 36th surah of the Quran and was revealed in the middle period in Mecca (before the hijrah), so it belongs to the Makkiyah surah group. This surah consists of 83 verses. However, the fact that it happened in Indonesia found that Yasin was the most frequently read letter after Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas. The research is a library research. The literature study in question is trying to study linguistic theory or linguistic studies. Where researchers browse, analyze data through the literature. The results of this study indicate that The signs of I'rob jar in the Al-Qur'an letter Yasin include: Kasroh which consists of isim mufrod 69 data, jama’ taksir 13 and jama’ muannas salim 1 data. Ya there are 3 data. Fathah amounted to 1 data. In the form of masdar muawwal 1 data, isim maushul 7 data and 69 legal data are mabni. Keywords: Majurat al-asma, Arabic Grammar, Surah Yasin

When Islamic educational institutions have low student achievement scores, teachers become the main target because they are considered ineffective, unimaginative, and boring. Therefore, it is widely believed that in order to meet this problem, Islamic educational institutions need access to higher quality human resources. This research is qualitative, in the form of a literature review. The main purpose of this study is to explain the basics, objectives, and phases of growth and training in Islamic educational institutions, as well as the criticality of practicing them. The human resources of Islamic educational institutions can be made more competent and professional through training, while development can motivate those already on staff to focus their ingenuity and initiative in new directions. Knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to foster morale, reduce stress and frustration, increase job satisfaction, independence and hard work, and ability to face modern challenges are all enhanced through planning, design, training, development and evaluation stages. Islamic educational institutions must conduct coaching and training efficiently if they want to produce superior educators and education.

This research goes from the application of the make a match method in the learning process which is based on the low results of learning Arabic students. It is caused by lack of activeness of students in learning Arabic, use of less effective methods so that students still struggle and feel saturated in Arabic lessons. The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of make a match learning model in improving students' Arabic learning outcomes, The subject of this research is class IV-A students of SDIKT Robbi Rodhiya Bandar Lampung totaling 30 students and implemented in 3 cycles. Based on the results of research that has been carried out then the conclusion was reached that there was an increase in student Arabic learning outcomes in each cycle. In cycle 1 obtained an average value of 67 with a percentage increase of 26.67%, in cycle 2 to 71.5 with a percentage increase of 70% and in cycle 3 increased back to 75.30 with an 80% percentage increase. Based on these results it can be concluded that using a make a match learning model can improve Arabic learning outcomes of grade IV-A students of SDIKT Robbi Rodhiya

Character Education Based on Islamic Boarding School Cultural Values

Character education in relation to the cultural values ​​that exist in Islamic boarding schools can be said as an effort to implement the behavior of the students towards the surrounding community, as aimed at investing in this in the future in carrying out life relations in the community. Efforts to apply various santri characters can use strategies and methods which will then be grown and developed according to the surrounding culture and adapted to changes in social conditions that occur in society. The method that will be used in this research is by using qualitative methods by using this type of research library research. The results obtained from this study are that students need to be taught about character education in instilling cultural values ​​that exist in Islamic boarding schools in accordance with the norms and habits that exist in society. Examples of values ​​that must be applied are piety, simplicity, honesty, sincerity, cooperation, example, kinship, and independence, as these can be used as provisions in dealing with problems in the current era of development.
