Abstract: "This research aims to analyze the implementation of the talaqqi method in Arabic language learning within the Dauroh Lughawi program at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Muta’allimin Kasui, Lampung. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The results indicate that the talaqqi method is implemented through the teacher's reading of Arabic texts, student imitation, explanations of meaning and grammar rules, as well as oral and written practice. The process of murāja‘ah (repetition) strengthens students' memory and self-confidence. Students demonstrate a positive perception of this method due to its interactive and contextual nature, which simplifies the understanding of complex Arabic grammar. Furthermore, talaqqi learning enhances speaking, writing, and translation skills. Challenges identified include difficulties in adapting to independent learning and mastering specific nahwu-sharaf (syntax and morphology) concepts. In general, the talaqqi method has proven to be more effective than traditional methods as it integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This method serves as a recommended effective learning model for improving students' Arabic language competence in modern Islamic boarding schools."
