This article discusses religious moderation by the community in Mas Al Hikmah, with a case study of madrasas with the aim of uncovering the role and learning of religious moderation. The research methodology is descriptive case study at the Al Hikmah Bandar Lampung Private Aliyah Madrasah with observation, interview and documentation as a data collection tool. The results of this study prove that religious moderation learning conducted in the Al Hikmah Lampung Private Aliyah Madrasah is centralized in 4 groups, namely education in class, dormitory, outchamp and rihlah iqtishodiyah which is elaborated in 6 activities such as group discussions, cross learning, visits to places of worship , Assignment of reflection, social service activities, cultural exchange and can be collected that religious moderation activities carried out inside and outside the classroom can help students in understanding and respecting religious differences by inclusive, attentive and interrelationship

Learning is a necessity for all living things, especially humans in living life. Through the process of learning to make changes in humans for the better. The sample in this study was all grade VI students of SDIT Iqro Gedong Tataan Pesawaran with a total of 25 students. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Factors that affect the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education include: internal factors, external factors, method factors and factors of facilities and infrastructure

Religious moderation accepts differences, is open and maintains harmony between religious communities. Strengthening moderation needs to be introduced from an early age to students to avoid radical thinking and closing off others through the role of a religious teacher. The aim is to describe the role of PAI teachers and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in building religious moderation. Method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is SDIT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung. Data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results show that: 1. The role of PAI teachers in building religious moderation at SDIT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung includes: a. Conservator as PAI teacher is responsible for his/her attitude, b. PAI teacher transmitter (successor) as motivator and guide, c. PAI teacher innovator (developer) collaborates with other teachers, d. Organizer (implementer) of innovation activities, e. Transformer, PAI teacher becomes an example for students; 2. The values of religious moderation that are built include; justice (adl), balance (tawazun), simplicity (I'tidal), unity and brotherhood (ittihad wa ukuwah). 3. Supporting factors, namely the PAI teacher himself, has the personal capacity and experience that supports building religious moderation. Then facilities such as mosques, ablution places, worship practice programs. As for inhibiting factors, there are no significant inhibiting factors, only the need for cooperation and consistency among school residents and student guardians to understand the importance of religious moderation.

Radikalisme merupakan salah satu persoalan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Berbagai peristiwa radikal terjadi, seperti adanya tempat beribadah yang dibakar, beberapa pemuka agama menjadi sasaran orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab, sampai bom bunuh diri atas nama agama, dan beberapa tindakan radikal yang mengatasnamakan agama. Hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya penyerangan antar kelompok yang menimbulkan kebencian dan kekerasan, menjadi penyebab penguat radiklaisme di Negara ini. Salah satu hal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pencegah radikalisme adalah dengan pemahaman dan penerapan tentang moderasi beragama. Pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama dapat membantu seseorang dalam mencegah sifat-sfat radikal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah radikalisme dengan meningkatkan pemahanan dan penerapan sikap moderasi beragama di pondok pesantren Al Muhsin Metro Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tentang sikap moderasi beragama sangat membantu untuk mencegah radikalisme di pondok pesantren Al Muhsin Metro, sehingga seluruh santri dapat memiliki sikap yang tentram dan damai saat berada didalam pesantren maupun diluar pesantren.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan ayat-ayat washatiyah dalam kehidupan sosial di Desa Bandar Agung Lampung Timur dapat menjadi solusi ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang kultural. Adapun metode yang dugunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif sebagai dokumen teks yang diperiksa. Jenis penelitian meliputi analisis konseptual dan analisis rasional. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, ayat-ayat wasathiyah yang diterapkan di desa Bandar Agung diantaranya adalah Q.S Al-Baqarah:143, Q.S Al-Hujurat:9, Q.S Al-Hujurat:11, Q.S Al-Hujurat:13, membentuk sikap moderat atau wasathiyah, sehingga menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk di terapkan dalam kehidupan sosial di masyarakat, agar terhindar dari perselihihan dan perpecahan antar golongan, agama, suku, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh sebab itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan ayat wasathiyah dalam kehidupan sosial di desa Badar Agung sangatlah penting dan dapat menjadi sebuah solusi ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang kultural.
